First of all, to get your copy of the file that contains the book, go to:

This is an expiring download link that will be updated periodically as I release new editions of the book. You can always come back to this page to download the latest edition, for no additional cost. I’ll email you when there’s a major update.
To download the file, you can either left-click on the link, or right-click and select “Save Link As” or the equivalent from the menu options that come up. Sometimes if you have trouble downloading using the left-clicking method, the right-clicking method will work.
Note that this is a large file (about 150 MB) which can take some time to download. If you want to speed up the download process, you might consider installing a program such as Internet Download Accelerator:
How to View the File after You Download It
Now you MUST enjoy the book. It works best with the latest version of Adobe Reader. You won’t miss a word of text without the latest version, but there are some special features like audio and animation that work best with it. To download the latest version of Adobe Reader, go to:
Adobe will ask if you “trust” this document. Click “Always” if you don’t want it to ask you this question every time you open the book.

Finally, hold your breath, make a wish, count to three and PRESS THE ACTIVATION BUTTON ON THE UPPER LEFT OF THE COVER! (Also click on Activate on page 249.)
