I remember them. However depending on the writer they didn’t stand out as a major group. I’m thinking CGI style series like Cartoon Network’s Green Lantern might be their best shot. It’s ironic that the GL cartoon has more of a story that follows the comics than the movie. I saw the preview and liked it much more than the live action movie. The movie, at least in my humble opinion, wasn’t as good as many of the other DC movies. The animated route seems the best for the Lantern because the characters would best utilize the strength of a good artist in computer graphics. It was too unbelievable in live action to ever be credible.
The GL cartoon is definitely better than the movie. I wrote my review of what I thought went wrong with the movie here: Recharging Green Lantern: Seven Suggestions for a Better Sequel.
